LH PLATE

Product Description:

It is a small metal plate that is attached to the brake pad wear indicator sensor on the front axle of Maserati vehicles. The sensor detects when the brake pads are worn and sends a signal to the driver warning light to indicate that the brake pads need to be replaced.

The purpose of the LH plate is to hold the brake pad wear indicator sensor in place and to protect it from damage. It is also responsible for transmitting the signal from the sensor to the driver warning light. If the LH plate is damaged or missing, the brake pad wear indicator sensor may not function properly, which could lead to the driver not being warned when the brake pads need to be replaced. This could pose a safety hazard, as worn brake pads can reduce braking performance and increase the risk of a brake failure.
