How many days does it take to receive an order?

Fully in-stock orders are delivered by express shipping within 2-3 working days. Upon despatch, we will send you full tracking information with an estimated delivery date

What delivery service do you use?

Our primary shipping partner is DHL Express.

How can I track my order?

When we despatch your order, we will send you an invoice, tracking details and an estimated delivery date.

You have asked me (US customers) for my company EIN or my personal SSN. Why is this?

If your order exceeds the value where a formal customs check is required, we have to supply our courier with this information to allow your order to be cleared by US Customs and Border Protection. Where this is needed, we ask for it in advance so we can provide it to our courier, as this speeds up the clearance process. You may still be contacted to provide evidence that the supplied information is correct.

Why is my order not despatched?

Unless you chose otherwise during the web checkout process orders are not despatched until all parts are in stock. This is because we quote shipping costs based on a single delivery. If you want a partial despatch of your order please contact customerservice@scuderiacarparts.com and we will check if this is possible and quote for any potential extra delivery costs if appropriate.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

In most cases the answer is no as the delivery address will have been verified against your credit card. Additionally shipping costs will vary according to the destination and if a country is changed then the tax and duty rates charged will also change.
