How do I find a part on the website?

If you have your part number to hand you can use the search bar at the top of this page. Alternatively, you can use the main navigation menus to select your make and model, or begin by browsing our Original Parts or Tuning Parts sections.

What should I do if I cannot find a part?

If you are having trouble finding the correct part, contact our sales team by calling 888-527-9396 (US/Canada Toll-Free) or e-mailing sales@scuderiacarparts.com.

What does "to order" mean on your website?

This means that as far as we are aware the part is available for us to order from our supplier.

Why do you charge duties and taxes?

When you import parts, they are subject to the imposition of duties and taxes by your local customs authorities. We charge these fees and pass them to the authorities in your country to simplify and speed up the shipment process. If we did not do this the shipment would be held while the courier contacted you and asked for payment.

What value will you declare to the customs authorities on the invoice?

We cannot declare parts values to be below what you paid. All invoices are transmitted to our carriers automatically and electronically and no manual intervention is possible. International government regulations prohibit this practice as it constitutes fraud. We cannot risk our business by falsifying any documents. Please do not ask us to break the law by doing this.

Can I collect my parts?

For your safety we cannot allow collections where payment has been made online with a credit card, as part of the security process is to match the cardholders address to the delivery address. You can arrange for a shipping company to collect and in these cases, we will tell you when your order is ready to pack, and then again when it is ready for collection. Please be aware that it is your responsibility in these cases to arrange any required shipping insurance.

How do I make sure I order the correct parts?

To ensure you are ordering the correct parts, you should contact our sales team and have your VIN (unique Vehicle Identification Number) ready. We'll be happy to help you find all the parts you need that fit your specific car.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay instantly and securely by credit/debit card or PayPal on our website. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay if you use a qualifying device and web browser. You are also welcome to pay by bank wire transfer, but to do this, please contact our sales team.

Can I make a payment over the phone?
