‘Pista’ is Italian for ‘track’ or ski slope, and the new Ferrari 488 for 2019 was designed to be right at home on the former, with the engine from the 488 GTB tweaked to produce 710bhp, and mated to a seven-speed, dual-clutch gearbox capable of shifting between ratios in 30 milliseconds (in race mode).
