The Capristo Sports Exhaust for the Ferrari California comprises two dual chambered, valve operated silencers and is also available with a central X-pipe and 2x 200 Cell Sport Catalysts. An optional remote control system is also available to operate valves.

At idle the Capristo explodes into life and tonal quality is dramatically changed. From low revs the car sounds harder and more aggressive, however, at high revs the sound is replaced with a wonderful high pitched scream ending in a F1 howl.

The valves in the system can be operated from the sports button in the car, providing the driver with control over sound delivery. The stage 2 X-pipe and catalysts provide further power by releasing backpressure, further exaggerating the increase in sound.

Made in ultra-high grade T309 stainless steel, the Ferrari California Capristo exhaust system is also substantially lighter than the stock exhaust and its double-skinned construction and flow capabilities mean less heat is retained within the exhaust. A power gain in the region of 15-30 bhp depending on system is achieved via the reduction in backpressure, allowing the engine to breathe with hugely improved efficiency, especially at high rpm.
