The Capristo Sports Exhaust system for the Porsche Cayenne Turbo Facelift (2014 onwards) is made of high-grade 1.4828 (T309) stainless steel. The system uses the original end pipes, but comes with mufflers and Capristo's CES-3 programmable remote control unit.

Dual chamber, valve-operated system which allows the driver complete control over exhaust volume and sound development: At the press of a button the driver can select their desired sound level by diverting the exhaust either through a ‘quiet’ chamber, or by allowing it to exit the system directly through the ‘bypass’ chamber producing an authentic, unrestricted racing scream.

Also available as an option is the brand new Capristo programmable remote control unit, which offers the driver even more control over sound and performance. Operated via the head unit of the car, the programmable remote enables the driver to set specific instructions for the opening and closing points of the valves, meaning the performance of the system can be tailored to suit different driving styles and circumstances.

The programmable control unit features an illuminated display showing all functions in plain text in 3 different languages (German, English & Italian) and provides 3 basic modes that are operated by the remote control:
a) Cruise mode - the exhaust gas valves open later
b) Sports mode - the exhaust gas valves open earlier
c) Open mode - the exhaust gas valves remain open

In both the cruise mode and sport mode, you can individually program when the exhaust gas valves open. One big advantage is that the control unit recognizes the driver’s style, so if you accelerate aggressively, the device identifies this by the kind of backpressure that is generated, and the exhaust gas valves open immediately. Usual acceleration results in a later opening of the exhaust gas valves.
