Maserati is a brand that needs little to no introduction - founded in 1914, the brand was a mainstay in motorsport for years, thanks in no small part to Juan Manuel Fangio and his 1954 & 1957 Formula One World Driver's Championships.
Over the years their focus has shifted from performance sports cars to more luxurious & glamourous road cars such as the Ghibli, Quattroporte and Levante. In a sense, the MC20 is a return to the brand's foundations: raw, unfettered motoring performance, encapsulated betwixt one of the most strikingly beautiful shapes on the road today. Their last real attempt at this was the MC12, which was the most dominant racing car of its era, and is still one of the most stunning cars ever to have laid a wheel on tarmac.
The MC20 is fitted with Maserati's proprietary Nettuno Twin-Turbocharged, 3.0L, dry-sump, V6 - producing a not inconsiderable 621hp and 730Nm of torque. Maserati revealed a convertible MC20 Cielo in 2022, and are allegedly developing a fully electric powertrain option for the car.
